Here at Respect Personnel we recognise the disruption that the catastrophic consequences that Covid-19 has bought to care homes and the NHS across the country, firstly we want to salute all those that have been key workers throughout the pandemic and worked ever so hard within the NHS and care home sector, Secondly at Respect Personnel we want to play our part in not only keeping residents in care homes safe but also protect our key workers that work for us on a daily basis facing this pandemic.

We are working closely with care homes and the government guidelines ensuring safe working so we are now minimising the risk and seconding workers to one care home only to minimise cross contamination and stop the spread of Covid-19. All of our staff follow the care homes guidelines and strategy plans to reduce the rate of infection in care homes. We are in regular contact with care homes and our staff to make sure that everything is running smooth and that everyone is kept safe. We always put the residents wellbeing and staff wellbeing as a priority at Respect and will continue to do so throughout this pandemic and their after.
